No Purchases by Minors
Absolutely no sales to minors under 18 years of age.You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase on Samuraistore.com or samurai-store.com. No person under the age of 18 may order products through our online store under any circumstances.

Payments
All orders must be prepaid. We accept Paypal, Sqare, and bank-to-bank wire transfer. All payments are expected and appreciated within 7 days from you get an invoice from us. If you prefer wire-transfer or money order, please contact us  before placing an order at our eCommerce site.

Square:
VISA or MASTER are available for Square payment.

Bank (Wire) Transfer: 
We have a Japanese bank account that can be wired from any countries.

Checks & Money Orders: 
We accept International Money Orders/Checks that can be negotiable in Japan. Please be aware that these may add an additional length of time to your order, as we have to wait for the funds to clear before starting production of your order.

Completion Times
Each item usually takes 6-30 weeks, depending on specification of armors. You can confirm the expected completion time in receipt of your order. But there is a probability of delay since all armors should be hand made by craftsmen. If you purchase our "In-stock items", it means we have them in our store and they will be shipped out within only a few days after purchase.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges related to your online purchases. You can confirm the total cost before completing your payment. All items will be shipped from Japan. Items for shipment to countries outside of Japan may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are not collected as part of your purchase from Samurai Store, Inc. Please consult your postal service for information on the fees that apply to your country.

Customs & Duty
International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival in your country. Any customs for the items are the responsibility of the customer. If you are not sure whether your order will clear customs or how much the tariff would be, please contact an appropriate agency in your country before you place an order.

Retuns
No returns will be accepted other than correction of errors.
