Antique Katana sword in Ornate Mounting
Swordsmith: MASAKIYO

A quality Katana sword from SAMURAI STORE Yokohama sword gallery.
A complete set of antique Katana long sword and ornate mountings. Very beautiful antique real steel blade created by Masakiyo (Ichihira Yasuyo) in Kyoho peiod, 1720's. Finished with Gunome-Midare (irregular zigzag) tempered line patterns. Inscription of the sword smith and his location and completion year are engraved on the both sides of tang. The blade comes in an antique complete ornate mountings including extremely stunning Tsuba guard and Higo fittings. A copy of the authority translated to English by the vendor comes with.
